P3 is a unique K-12 school within the Snoqualmie Valley School District (SVSD) that blends the flexibility of homeschooling with the structure and resources of public education.     P3 provides the perfect blend of school flexibility with the support of a public school. Parents lead their child’s education, creating a customized learning schedule that fits their family’s lifestyle. At the same time, P3 offers the structure of a public school through certified teachers, guidance, and curriculum alignment, ensuring that students meet state learning standards while enjoying a flexible and personalized approach.

    At P3, parents are not alone in their educational journey. With access to a designated teacher, coaching, in-person or online instruction, and a robust resource library, families have everything they need to support their child’s learning. The program also offers help with tracking and reporting progress, so parents can feel confident their child is on the right path toward achieving their educational goals.

    Since its inception in 2012, P3 has grown into a thriving community of learners and families. With 152 students and a dedicated team of eight certified teachers, P3 offers a collaborative environment where parents and educators work hand-in-hand to ensure student success. The recently established Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) further strengthens the sense of community, giving families even more ways to engage and contribute to the school’s growth.

    P3 operates under the state’s Alternative Learning Experience (ALE) requirements, which means there are no fees for participating families. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child completes 27.75 hours of learning activities each week, but they are fully supported by school resources at no additional cost. P3 provides an affordable, high-value option for families seeking a tailored educational experience backed by the benefits of public schooling.
